Verdict

Dialzara is the verified budget pick on this site: $29 a month buys 60 receptionist minutes with appointment scheduling, call routing and CRM/calendar integration included, and the overage is published at $0.48 a minute. For a low-volume trade whose missed calls are an annoyance rather than a lost job, that is enough. Sixty minutes is a handful of service calls, though, and a shop that runs 200 minutes should price the $99 Pro plan (220 minutes) rather than pay overage on Lite.

This is an Editorial Preview. We have not published a numeric rating for Dialzara because our structured testing is not complete. Facts below are sourced and dated; anything unverified is labeled.

Strengths

  • Cheapest verified entry price: $29 for 60 minutes
  • Published per-minute overage on every plan
  • SMS agent and website chatbot bundled
  • No setup fees, 7-day trial

Limitations

  • Entry plan's 60 minutes covers only a handful of calls
  • Overage of $0.35–$0.48/minute adds up fast
  • Limited public track record
  • Named integrations not listed

Every trade has a version of the same question: what is the cheapest thing that stops the bleeding? On the pricing pages we checked on September 7, 2026, Dialzara is that answer at $29 a month. This review takes the price seriously and tests it against the workflow, while being blunt about how far 60 minutes goes and which feature claims the pricing page does not settle.

Answer

24/7 answering is listed, with an emphasis on quick configuration and no setup fees. There is no industry specialization, so what the receptionist knows about your trade is what you type into it. For a one-van cleaning business, that is acceptable; the calls are not complicated. The thing to watch at this step is the clock: the Lite plan's 60 minutes cover roughly a dozen five-minute calls a month, and every minute past that is billed at $0.48.

Understand and capture

Capture depth is pending verification. We do not have a record of whether transcripts, summaries or recordings are included, so plan to check during setup. A budget product that captures the caller's number and reason is still a large improvement over a full voicemail box nobody listens to.

Qualify

Lead qualification is marked partial. Expect the questions you configure, not grading against a trade-specific rubric. That is consistent with the rest of the product's positioning: simple, configurable, not deep.

Schedule

Appointment scheduling and CRM/calendar integration are listed on every plan, including the $29 Lite plan, which is unusual at this price. The distinction that matters for a service business, a booking written to your calendar with a conflict check versus a request you must confirm by hand, is the one the pricing page does not resolve, and the page does not name which calendars or CRMs it connects to. Ask both questions directly during the 7-day trial.

Route

Call routing to your team is included on every plan, and there is no human backup pool. An AI SMS agent is bundled with the voice plans (normally $19 a month plus $0.05 per AI message), so a hot lead can be texted. Whether that lead can be pushed into a named CRM is still open, because the pricing page says 'CRM/calendar integration' without listing systems. Expect fewer advanced workflow features and a smaller integration set than the top of the market.

Follow through

The bundled SMS agent and a website chatbot (free for the first 100 sessions a month, $39 standalone) give Dialzara more follow-through channels than most tools at its price. What the pricing page does not describe is a customer history that spans them, or reminders tied to a booking, so treat those as pending verification. Developer access is also pending verification. Assume that once the call ends, the next action is yours: return the call, quote the job and book it in the tool you already run. For a low-volume business, that is a few minutes a day. For a busy one, it is the reason budget tools stop being cheap.

What it costs

Checked on dialzara.com/pricing on September 7, 2026. Four inbound voice plans, each with a 7-day free trial and no setup fee:

  • Business Lite, $29 a month, 60 minutes, $0.48 per minute over.
  • Business Pro, $99 a month, 220 minutes, $0.45 per minute over.
  • Business Plus, $199 a month, 500 minutes, $0.40 per minute over.
  • Business Elite, $349 a month, 1,000 minutes, $0.35 per minute over, with dedicated onboarding and priority SLAs.
  • Appointment scheduling, call routing and CRM/calendar integration on every plan; the AI SMS agent is bundled with voice plans and the website chatbot is free for the first 100 sessions a month.

What a trade owner gets for the money: at $29, about a dozen five-minute calls before the meter starts, which suits a part-time operator or a shop that only needs after-hours coverage. The overage is the trap. An extra 100 minutes on Lite costs $48, more than the plan itself, so a business that regularly runs 150 minutes should be on Pro at $99, where 220 minutes are included and Torklio's $99 Starter with 300 minutes becomes the direct comparison. At the top, Elite's $349 for 1,000 minutes is more than Torklio's $249 Pro or Rosie's $149 Scale for the same allowance.

  • Count last month's call minutes before choosing a tier; the per-minute overage is published, so the math is yours to do.
  • Ask whether a booking is written to your calendar with a conflict check or relayed as a message.
  • Ask what call routing does when your crew cannot pick up.
  • Ask which calendars and CRMs are actually connected; the pricing page does not name them.

Which trades it fits

Low-volume, low-ticket work: house-cleaning operators, small pest-control businesses, and independent garages that take a handful of calls a day and book by callback.

Bottom line for owners

If your monthly budget for the phone is tight and your calls are short and few, Dialzara's $29 plan is the cheapest verified way to stop the voicemail leak, and it includes scheduling and routing that some pricier entry plans do not. If a missed call costs you a service-agreement customer or a same-day emergency job, or if your calls run long, the savings are false economy once the $0.48-a-minute overage kicks in; the booking and routing depth matter more than the monthly fee. Do the math on one lost job a month, and on last month's minutes, before you decide which column matters.

Can callers reach a person?

Call routing to your own team is included on every plan; there is no human receptionist pool. Verify what happens when nobody on your crew picks up during the 7-day trial.
